We do most of the work of the Quilt Alliance virtually, saving your stories digitally, working with our partners to link quilt collections through a huge database, and getting to know you through our thriving Facebook page. But we love the opportunity to see you face-to-face, celebrating community just as quiltmakers have done for centuries.
The Quilt Alliance travels to the places quilters and quilt enthusiasts gather—at your favorite quilt shows and museums. But we also invite you to join us at our annual party in New York City, Quilters Take Manhattan. We also host educational events designed for us to share the many ways we can preserve quilt stories and keep our quilt heritage alive and well. All funds raised from these events go directly to supporting our mission of documenting, preserving, and sharing the stories of quilts and quiltmakers. Please join us!
